Nina Creech

Senior Vice President of Operations

Nina Creech has spent 27 years at PWC, most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations. Currently she oversees Whole Home and the Innovation Center. Nina is focused on creating and building partnerships that achieve better health outcomes through the home environment and empowering others to live happier lives at home. She is a graduate from the University of North Carolina and a certified facilitator of the evidence-based fall prevention program Stepping On. Nina was born in Italy and enjoys traveling home as often as she can.

Brad Staggs

Project Manager

Brad, our Whole Home Program Manager is a certified Aging in Place Specialist (designation from the National Assoc. of Home Builders) and Living In Place (endorsed by the NKBA) Brad has worked with over 1,000 at-risk clients in his 13 year tenure at PWC and Whole Home. He has a broad background in home remodeling and has over 25 years of experience in residential construction. Every day Brad visits homeowners to conduct home assessments to determine the person’s level of ability, the existing conditions of the home, and the scope of work needed to live their best active life. When not working, you can find Brad building or riding a new bicycle.

Sara Bourgeois

Project Manager

Sara has worked in residential construction for 15 years and has been making homes accessible for 12 years. She is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist as well as a certified facilitator of the evidence-based fall prevention program Stepping On. With a B.S. degree in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati, Sara is well versed in building codes and obtaining residential building permits. Her spare time is full of elementary school activities for her 8- and 5-year-old.

Fred VonAllmen

Project Manager

Fred VonAllmen started in the building trades in the early 70s as a residential framing carpenter. In the early 90s, he started his own remodeling business servicing the Greater Cincinnati area for the next 20 years focusing on bathrooms and issues with aging. Fred is also a Certified Aging in Place Specialist. He spends his spare time with his 6 grandchildren and tinkering with his robust collection of acoustic stringed instruments.

Kurt Craig

Lead Carpenter

Kurt has been in the trades for 40 years and is the lead carpenter for Whole Home’s larger and more complicated projects. Past customers who are looking for additional work done to their house always ask for Kurt. He keeps jobs on time, clean, and delivers a beautiful finished product. Kurt’s off time is filled with golf and travel, usually to a locale with a beach.

Matt Leininger

Carpenter

Matt is a motivated individual with trusted and proven abilities whose love for the trades is being used to serve others here at Whole Home.  His passion began at age 7 when he drove his first nail into a scrap of lumber as his parents constructed a new addition to their home.  Matt previously served as an fine art museum administrator for more than 13 years and holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in the fine arts.  He states, “I want to use my learned and inherent skills to help others achieve safety and comfort in their homes by way of renovation, repair and maintenance that results longevity, no matter how large or small the scope of work.”  Always seeking for the opportunity to learn and grow, Matt’s attitude and work ethic are professional and customer friendly. He resides on the Westside with his wife of 23 years and daughter of 12 embracing their time as a family to have fun, love and enjoy what each day may bring.

Paul Tekulve

Carpenter

Paul has 26 years of construction trade experience, including remodeling, cabinet building, and playground construction. Paul leads our stair lift and VPL installations as well as servicing the units. “This is a very rewarding job at Whole Home. I get to use my skills to make a real difference in people’s lives.” In his spare time, Paul enjoys playing golf and being outdoors.

Kevin Myers

Carpenter

With 25 years experience in the remodeling business, Kevin can tackle just about any project. From concrete work to lead abatement projects, Kevin does it all, and does it well. Like many of our employees, working at Whole Home has been a revelation. Kevin enjoys using his skills to make a positive change in the lives of his customers.

James Salter

Carpenter

James has 10 yrs of work history in the remodeling industry focusing mostly on bathrooms and kitchens. With Whole Home he is working on our bathroom projects such as tub conversion to step in shower. In his off time James enjoys spending time with his grandchildren. James enjoys working making home repairs that makes people’s lives better.
